The «Compliance» Platform is concerned with automating the compliance and inspection processes, penalizing private healthcare facilities and health professionals, and improving the follow-up and compliance procedures. The platform also aims to develop the necessary rules and plans and evaluate their implementation.
Linking «Compliance» Platform with «Efaa» Platform:
The Ministry of Health (MOH) has linked the «Compliance» Platform with the National Violations Platform «Efaa» to achieve integration and interdependence between the various parties and to implement flexible and integrated e-transactions, with the aim of exchanging data, improving the speed of completing transaction electronically, controlling the quality of services and realizing MOH’s digital transformation. It also comes in line with the objectives of the Saudi Vision 2030 and in implementation of the royal directives that MOH inflicts penalties on violators of the precautionary measures. This comes after the launch of the National Violations Platform «Efaa» website, an affiliate of the National Information Center (NIC), which enables government agencies to register their violations and notify the violators, whether individuals, companies, or institutions. Also, it enables beneficiaries to inquire about violations and to pay them via the SADAD system or various bank cards. In the first stage, individual violations of the precautionary measures were linked to the platform, and the rest of the violations will be linked in the next stages.
