Population Health Indicators

The Saudi Arabia’s commitment to the Global Health Security Agenda (GHSA) and Sustainable Developmental Goals (SDGs) is in-line with the strategic orientation of the Saudi Vision 2030. The need for analysis and publications to focus on improving the quality of life and well-being of the population is essential for researchers, policy makers and experts, who utilize the generated reports and data to evaluate current programs and plan the future.

The National Transformation Program, Saudi Vision 2030, Health in all Policies (HiAP) and Model of Care focus on preventive health and patient-centered healthcare. Thus, data serves as an asset for mapping and modeling population health needs, as well as understanding the dynamic of social determinants of health. Therefore, the healthcare reform execution plans, which meets the population’s expectations, is pivotal to positively influencing overall wellbeing and quality of life.

In this section, Ministry of Health (MOH) will continuously publish relevant indicators, health data, and survey results to meet local and global need for information.
