Wthin the framework of its keenness to provide the highest standards of integrated services and comprehensive health care, the Ministry of Health (MOH) has launched the MOH Emergency Call Centre «937-Service» to serve patients and their families. The Center receives and records patients' reports at any time and place throughout the Kingdom, and works to handle and accomplish them as soon as possible, as well as following them up in line with international standards. It also follows up the citizens’ satisfaction about the health services provided to them, in addition to providing urgent healthcare advice to them.
