This contributes to enhancing transparency, streamlining procedures, and increasing competitiveness among suppliers.
Through Etimad Platform, users can view the Ministry of Health’s planned, current, and completed tenders and procurement activities, submit bids for available tenders, and view tender results and award details, in accordance with the data and services available on the platform.

Current Tenders and Procurement and How to Apply
Suppliers can view the tenders and procurement activities currently announced by the Ministry of Health, review their details, documents, and requirements, and submit bids electronically through Etimad Platform.

Steps to Search for Tenders and Submit Bids:
  1. Access Etimad Platform.
  2. Select “Business.”
  3. Access the Tenders service.
  4. Search for the required tender and select “Ministry of Health” in the Government Entity field.
  5. Select the tender to view its details, documents, and requirements.
  6. Complete the procedures for purchasing the tender documents, if applicable.
  7. Complete the tender requirements and attach the technical and financial bids and the required documents.
  8. Submit the bid electronically in accordance with the tender’s requirements and specified deadlines.

Completed Tenders and Procurement

Steps to Access Completed Tenders:
  1. Access Etimad Platform – Tenders.
  2. Select “Ministry of Health” in the Government Entity field.
  3. Select “Show Completed Tenders Only.”
  4. Click “Search.”
  5. Select the required tender to view its details, results, and available information.

Tender Results and Awards
You can view tender results and award details through Etimad Platform by selecting the required tender and reviewing the published information available for it, including the awarded supplier, the award value, and the other suppliers that submitted bids for the tender, in accordance with the information available on Etimad Platform.
