The Business Call Center is reckoned a new concept for caring with business customers in the private healthcare sector. The Center will provide several services, including receiving requests at the Ministry of Health (MOH), following up financial entitlements, and receiving inquiries and complaints related to the section of medical licensing and private healthcare facilities control. The Center’s services also include receiving any comments or suggestions concerning the performance at the Ministry, and providing data and information on the investment in the private healthcare sector. Besides, the next phase will include other services, based primarily on the customer’s feedback and suggestions.
This initiative comes within the framework of the MOH’s keenness to create the proper environment, by means of providing the best services to beneficiaries, meanwhile saving the time and efforts through the best ways that ensure serving all investors and business sector. It also comes as part of the MOH’s strategic plan that will contributes significantly to facilitating and simplifying procedures, as well as enhancing the role of the private sector in the development process by applying the best practices, the matter which helps maintain the rights of all involved parties.
