Short Message Service (SMS) is a common factor in many of e-services provided by the Ministry of Health (MOH) to subscribers of these services; by means of sending SMS to subscribers of all alerting services, and even at every stage of the e-service. It is also used to draw subscribers’ attention to what’s new on the MOH Portal, including news, announcements, and health awareness on the prevention of diseases, epidemics, and viruses.
