How to prevent a COVID 19 infection:

  • Wash hands with soap and water regularly
  • Cover your mouth and nose when coughing and sneezing
  • Avoid direct contact with anyone who has symptoms of respiratory illnesses such as coughing or sneezing.

Planning to travell to China?
We advise travelers heading to areas where the COVID 19 virus appeared, to:

  1. Avoid contact with animals (live or dead), animal products, or being in the animal trading markets
  2. Avoid contact with people with respiratory symptoms:

If symptoms of a respiratory infection appear, you should:

  • Stay home and avoid mixing with others
  • Cover the mouth and nose with tissue when coughing or sneezing
  • Not traveling while having symptoms
  • Maintaining clean hands by washing them for at least 20 seconds with soapy water or disinfectants
  • Requesting healthcare immediately


How to wash your hands?

  1. Wet hands with water
  2. Apply enough soap to cover all hand sufaces
  3. Rub hands palm to plam
  4. Right palm over left dorsum with interlaced fingers and vice versa
  5. Plam to plam with fingers interlaced
  6. Back of fingers to opposing palms with fingers interlaced
  7. Rotational rubbing of left thumb clapsed in right palm and vice versa
  8. Rotational rubbing, backwards and forwards with clapsed fingers of right hand in left plam and vice versa
  9. Rinse hand with water
  10. Dry throughly with a single use towel
  11. Use towel to turn off faucet
