The Healthcare Transformation Strategy, which is the main methodology for healthcare transformation programs managed by the Ministry of Health's Vision Realization Office (VRO), draws a roadmap towards providing value-based healthcare services; in acknowledgement of the economic and institutional requirements for strict control of health service expenditures. This strategy also achieves one of the strategic goals of the Saudi Vision 2030.
