Controlling and maintaining a healthy body weight depend on the neutralization of energy flow within body with the energy that is emitted from the body during its mental or physical daily activities, therefore, the understanding of the necessary requirements for the body helps to choose healthy food.
Within the framework of its efforts to help those who complain of obesity, the Ministry of Health, represented by the Media and Health Awareness General Department, has supervised the development of many programs to lose weight by reducing the amount of calories being absorbed by the individual and increasing the physical activities of the body.
Reducing your weight will help you to improve the health and psychological status, improve the external appearance, increase the sense of health and well-being, enjoy the daily life, improve the ability to sleep and breathing, and reduce the incidence of diseases such as heart disease and diabetes.
The secret of your success in controlling your weight is not only lighten the weight, but also depends on maintaining your weight and prevent the new increase again.
If you want to lose weight for long-term you may consult your doctor or contact with Weight Program of the Ministry of Health to help you to develop a nutrition program appropriate for you.
