Identify an attainable target of weight loss.
It is recommended to identify a “attainable” and realizable target of weigh loss; for example, 5-10% of the current weight. The slow and regular weight loss (around 1 Kg per week) is healthier and more sustainable than the rapid loss that is usually followed by a rapid setback.
Find the right timing. Begin when you sense a strong motivation.
Follow healthy food habits.
Do not eat too much.
Eat as diverse, and as little, food as possible.
Reduce the meal quantity.
