National Campaign against Overweight and Obesity

Food Pyramid
No food is unimportant; that is no food can be claimed to be absolutely and unconditionally useful and harmful. Rather, whereas some type of food are recommended in considerably big quantities, the intake of some other types should be reduced, in an attempt to preserve good health and attain optimal weight. On the whole, it is advisable to increase your intake of the foods lying at the bottom of the bottom, and decrease the intake of those at the top of the pyramid.

By eating small quantities of the foods at the top of the pyramid, you will be maintaining balanced nutrition, without too much calories.
