Based on the Council of Ministers’ resolution No. (616), dated 20/10/1442H, including the rules and arrangements on how to treat employees and workers in the sectors targeted for transformation, the rules and arrangements provided mechanism of dealing with the employee in a way that ensures he is not harmed.
