- Second Track: For distinguished health research centers, which have outstanding performance in all research fields at the national and global scales.
- The Award: A shield, a certificate of appreciation, and a financial reward of SR 100,000.
- Third Track: For Senior researchers (with more than 10 years of health research expertise), who contributed with their outstanding scientific researches to improving the public health, enriching the research community, as well as transferring and exchanging knowledge with policy & decision makers and health care providers. It is available to all health sector researchers in the Kingdom.
- The Award: A shield, a certificate of appreciation, and a financial reward of SR 50,000.
- Fourth Track: For junior researchers, who are under the age of 35, starting their search journey.
- The Award: A shield, a certificate of appreciation, and a financial reward of SR 25,000.
- Fifth Track: For the most creative marketing approach of the research deliverables in mass and social media. It is available to all health sector researchers in the Kingdom.
- The Award: A shield, a certificate of appreciation, and a financial reward of SR 25,000.
- Sixth Track: For researchers, who have the highest number of publications and citations in high-impact factor journals.
- The Award: A shield, a certificate of appreciation, and a financial reward of SR 25,000.
- Seventh Track: For the best health innovation generated by undergraduate and postgraduate students.
- The Award: A shield, a certificate of appreciation, and a financial reward of SR 20,000.
