The Ministry of Health will honor the winners of the eighth edition of the “Ada'a Health Award" tomorrow, in strategic partnership with the National Health Insurance Center. The award brings together healthcare facilities in a national competition aimed at advancing performance levels, fostering continuous improvement, and enhancing the quality and efficiency of healthcare services provided to beneficiaries.
Healthcare facilities will compete across six tracks: Emergency Care, Primary Care, Saving Lives, Maternity Care, Public Health Promotion and Disease Prevention, and the Healthcare Services Efficiency track. The latter is being launched for the first time in this edition in strategic partnership with the National Health Insurance Center, with the aim of enhancing service delivery efficiency, promoting the concept of health value and financial sustainability, and encouraging healthcare facilities to achieve the best performance indicators and health outcomes.
The award represents a model of national integration in advancing healthcare performance and fostering a culture of excellence and positive competition among healthcare facilities. This contributes to building a more efficient and sustainable healthcare system and supports the objectives of the Health Sector Transformation Program, stemming from Saudi Vision 2030, in enhancing quality of care, improving institutional performance efficiency, and achieving sustainable health value for beneficiaries
