First: Official Working Hours for Hospitals
Outpatient clinics and most hospital departments operate on a single-shift system from Sunday to Thursday, starting at 7:30 AM and ending at 5:00 PM. Additional coverage outside these hours is ensured through well-organized on-call schedules prepared by each hospital’s administration. This ensures continuous healthcare service delivery for urgent cases and essential departments such as emergency rooms and intensive care units, including during weekends (Friday and Saturday) where needed.
