According to the government competition and procurement system, paragraph (1), article (12), which stipulates: The government agency shall publish the advance planning of its works and procurement during the first quarter of each fiscal year, and the plan includes the type and nature of business and procurement, the place of implementation and the method of contracting. Therefore, the Ministry of Health (MOH) announces the advance planning of works and procurement at its headquarters for the current fiscal year 2020.
