The Ministry of Health (MOH), represented by the Vision Realization Office (VRO), would like to qualify contractors to enable them to participate in the implementation of the Initiative: (Primary Health Care Reform and Restructuring). Hence, the contractors (companies), wishing to apply for this qualification, are invited to download the Qualification Form (available only in Arabic) on MOH's Portal or request it via VRO's email, and hand it over to VRO on the following address: (Riyadh, Al-Bahrain Tower,3rd Floor, Contracts and Procurement Department), no later than 3:00 p.m. on Monday, May 28th, 2018, as per the date specified in that form.
