Safety Guidelines for Sacrifices

Before cooking:
  • Hand washing.
  • Use tissues and towels only once.
  • Cleanliness of used cooking utensils.
  • Avoid putting cooked meat in the same dish as raw meat.
When Grilling:
  • Avoid precooking meat to grill later.
  • Make sure meat is completely thawed before grilling.
  • Avoid placing meat directly on the coals.
  • Flaming so as not to be burned.
  • Stirring the meat constantly to make sure it is done.
  • Roasting the meat from the outside does not mean it is cooked.
