Before cooking:
- Hand washing.
- Use tissues and towels only once.
- Cleanliness of used cooking utensils.
- Avoid putting cooked meat in the same dish as raw meat.
When Grilling:
- Avoid precooking meat to grill later.
- Make sure meat is completely thawed before grilling.
- Avoid placing meat directly on the coals.
- Flaming so as not to be burned.
- Stirring the meat constantly to make sure it is done.
- Roasting the meat from the outside does not mean it is cooked.
