- Bring a sufficient number of clothes; Where it is preferable to change clothes frequently and always keep them clean.
- Make sure to choose wide, loose, light-colored and cotton clothes so as not to allow excessive sweating.
- Ensure to carry a detailed report showing diseases, medications and doses.
- Ensure that the bag contains personal items such as cleaning materials necessary for the body, such as a towel, shaving tools, soap, toothpaste and brushes, an umbrella (of a light color), loose cotton clothes, and moisturizing creams or ointments.
- Ensure that his medical bag contains wound sterilization tools, fever-reducing medicine, pain reliever, hand sanitizer, and masks.
- Make sure to bring a blood glucose meter if he suffers from diabetes.
