How to Increase your Physical Fitness before Hajj
  • ​​Exercising from 20 to 60 minutes per day.
  • Doing aerobic exercises such as cycling and swimming.
  • Ensure that physical activity begins with a warm-up period of (5-10) minutes, as well as a cool-down period of (5-10) minutes before completing the activity.
  • Gradual effort.
