Bruises

  • Rest and lift the affected area to prevent swelling and relieve pain.
  • Place ice bags on the affected area.
  • Wrap the ice bag with a towel.
  • Apply ice to the affected area for no more than 15 minutes at a time, and repeat it throughout the day.
  • Take some painkillers to relieve the pain.​
