The Ministry of Health (MoH) has announced the results of the electronic consultation launched to gather public feedback on the proposed features to be added to the blood donation service in the Sehhaty app. The initiative aims to enhance blood donation services as part of the Ministry’s efforts to strengthen e-participation and improve the quality of digital health services, in line with the objectives of the Health Sector Transformation Program, one of the Saudi Vision 2030 programs.
The MoH explained that the consultation included several proposed enhancements, most notably enabling users to view their donation history and blood donor card, in addition to providing flexible options that facilitate access to service-related information. These enhancements are intended to improve blood donation e-services, enhance accessibility, and elevate service efficiency and user experience.
This initiative reflects the MoH’s ongoing efforts to promote community participation and leverage beneficiaries’ feedback in developing healthcare services, contributing to improved service quality and efficiency.
