The Home Health Care Service provides complete health care, as well as a continuous and comprehensive follow-up to those patients, who are not able to access any health facilities, at their places of residence, through a qualified medical team in constant coordination with the treating physician.
The medical team assesses the health status of each patient fully before being admitted to the service; to determine his/her health and social conditions, and to ensure a safe home environment and that his/her family is able to provide a suitable milieu for home health care. The service requests are approved based on specified criteria and in coordination with competent medical authorities.
