If one of the parties is outside KSA, the following steps must be followed:
- The importance of ensuring that all laboratory results for diseases covered by the program (thalassemia, sickle cell anemia, hepatitis B/C, and HIV) are performed.
- Clarity of all personal information of the person to be married.
- The medical center is required to be recognized, and results are certified by KSA Embassy.
