A decentralized financial system has been established for own resources, with which we deal as per work evidences and approved organizational procedures. Also, the manual financial system has been transformed into an automated system; a software has been developed and connected to the web, to deal with more than 200 health facilities. The developed own resources include the Paid Health Service Program and the Paid Training Program.
