13 August 2026

The Ministry of Health’s “Live Well” initiative has launched “Live Well Sessions,” bringing together health advocates from diverse fields, including healthcare specialists and practitioners, content creators, social media influencers, and healthcare sector leaders, in a dialogue-driven space that fosters collaboration and integration. The sessions aim to establish the initiative as the leading reference for health awareness, supporting the objectives of the Health Sector Transformation Program, one of the Saudi Vision 2030 programs, to strengthen prevention, raise health awareness, and encourage individuals to adopt healthier lifestyles.
The session explored health awareness trends, as well as “Live Well’s” role and priorities in delivering trusted health content. It also discussed ways to empower health advocates, strengthen their presence and contributions across digital platforms, and align efforts to reach diverse segments of society with more effective and impactful health messages.
“Live Well Sessions” extend the platform’s role in fostering communication and collaboration among health advocates under one umbrella, while creating sustainable avenues for cooperation, knowledge exchange, and health content creation. This helps enhance the credibility of health awareness messages, expand their reach, and translate health knowledge into practices and behaviors that promote the health and well-being of individuals and society.
