The Ministry of Health (MoH), in collaboration with the National Center for Privatization (NCP), has awarded the operating contract for the SABIC Mental Health Hospital in Riyadh to SEH Healthcare under the Public-Private Partnership (PPP) model.
The project supports the objectives of the Health Sector Transformation Program by enhancing the quality and efficiency of healthcare services, increasing private sector participation in delivering specialized healthcare services, expanding service capacity, improving the patient experience, and facilitating access to mental health services.
The project also reflects the integrated partnership between the MoH and SABIC, which contributed to constructing, equipping, and developing the hospital’s infrastructure. The hospital spans a total area of 62,500 square meters and has a capacity of 150 beds, strengthening the healthcare system’s ability to provide integrated, specialized mental health and care services.
SEH Healthcare is represented by SMC Healthcare, which operates specialized hospitals and medical centers in Riyadh, Dr. Ebel Group of Germany, specializing in rehabilitation, treatment, and mental healthcare services, and Health Gates Complex, which specializes in providing mental healthcare services.
