The Saudi health sector won one special award and 19 medals through the Ministry of Health’s participation, alongside several national health entities, under the Saudi Pavilion at the 51st Geneva International Exhibition of Inventions, held from March 11 to 15, 2026. The achievement reflects the Kingdom’s growing momentum in health innovation and its commitment to advancing healthcare quality, in line with the objectives of the Health Sector Transformation Program under
Saudi Vision 2030.
The Saudi Pavilion showcased 20 innovations designed to enhance healthcare solutions and improve service efficiency. The National Institute of Health Research received a special award and five medals, including two Gold Medals with Congratulations of the Jury, one Gold Medal, and two Silver Medals, recognizing its outstanding scientific research and innovative healthcare solutions. The Council of Health Insurance received a Bronze Medal, while the Saudi Red Crescent Authority was awarded a Silver Medal for an innovation that supports the development of emergency medical services.
At the level of Health Holding Company and its health clusters, the company received a Silver Medal, in addition to 12 medals of various categories earned by health clusters across the Kingdom. Taif Health Cluster and Hail Health Cluster each won a Gold Medal, while Jeddah First Health Cluster received one Gold and one Silver Medal. Northern Borders Health Cluster and Al-Baha Health Cluster each received a Silver Medal. Qassim Health Cluster earned one Silver and one Bronze Medal, while Riyadh Second Health Cluster, Jazan Health Cluster, and Najran Health Cluster each received a Bronze Medal.
The Ministry of Health affirmed that its participation in the exhibition aims to strengthen Saudi Arabia’s presence at international health events, showcase national healthcare achievements and innovations, and highlight the role of innovators within the health sector. The Ministry also emphasized its commitment to supporting innovators and empowering them to develop advanced healthcare solutions, in line with its strategic objectives to enhance the Kingdom’s global leadership in healthcare.
