MOH Receives Two Pioneer Marketing Awards

​​For the second consecutive year, the Ministry of Health (MOH) has won two awards in the pioneers marketing competition for its two awareness campaigns: (#Change your Habits) and (#I am Ok) movie. It won the first place in the best advertisement category in 2019 for the series #I am Ok (the stuttering – south chatterbox movie), which is a movie series telling stories of people who challenged disease and achieved success in their lives, with the aim of encouraging others who experience the same difficulties to overcome them. The series show real stories in order to have a greater impact. 

MOH has won the third place in government institutions category 2019 for the awareness campaign #Change your Habits, which seeks to encourage local community to change their habits and acquire healthy habits to prevent type 2 diabetes and to raise awareness about diabetes and its impact on quality of life, noting that the campaign targets people with prediabetes of all community members, with more than 2,600,000 viewers. Such awareness-raising activities come in continuation of MOH's efforts to maintain the health and safety of all community members, to promote health awareness and to urge individuals to adopt healthy behaviors. 
It is noteworthy that the pioneers marketing award sheds light on the best marketing practices.
