Jeddah Health Affairs: Over 2,000 Persons Served by Beneficiary Service Center

​According to Jeddah Health Affairs, the Beneficiary Service Center continues providing its administrative services for beneficiaries, including employees of the Affairs or its health facilities, representatives of private health sectors, patients, representatives of maintenance and operation companies, and others. The Center perfectly provides a fast and high-quality service to accomplish the beneficiaries’ transactions, follow up their requests and suggestions, and work on further development and improvement, which are carried out in collaboration with all parties to meet the beneficiary satisfaction.

 “Over the past year, the Center served more than 2,610 beneficiaries, who visit Jeddah Health Affairs to complete their transactions at its various departments and administrative sections. This step aims to provide the requested services easily and smoothly, to save the beneficiaries and employees of the internal departments the time and efforts, and to reduce the pressure and crowding of visitors, in addition to the underway working to add further departments to provide large-scale services”, added the Affairs.
