In a positive and appreciable gesture, His Excellency the Minister of Health Eng. Khalid bin Abdulaziz Al-Falih has honored the former Minister of Health His Excellency Dr. Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al-Rabeeah and awarded him the Honorary Saudi Specialty Certificate. This came during the graduation ceremony of the 18th batch of the Saudi Specialty Certificate which was held last Wednesday under the patronage of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, may Allah protect him.
The honoring came in recognition of the efforts exerted by His Excellency Dr. Al-Rabeeah who is reckoned as one of pillars of medicine in the Kingdom and one of the pioneers of conjoined twins' surgeries worldwide. During his eventful history in the medical field and when he was serving as the Minister of Health, Dr. Al-Rabeeah has accomplished many medical achievements and contributed affectively to supporting the process of health work in this country and upgrading the level of performance in the health sector and services provided for the citizens, through the adoption and establishment of many quality service programs aiming at providing services for the patients and developing the health services.
