MOH Statement on Coronavirus

In reference to the news published on some of the social networking websites that some cases of the novel Coronavirus (MERS-CoV) have been recorded in Al-Kharj governorate, the Assistant Deputy Minister of Health for Preventive Health, Dr. Abdullah Al-Asiri, has announced that the condition of this virus is stable, May Allah be praised.
 
Within the same vein, he has highlighted that the Ministry of Health (MOH) has provided the updates of Coronavirus via its website: http://www.moh.gov.sa/CoronaNew/Pages/default.aspx, where the number of cases is hourly updated. Besides, the website comprises all information, guidelines and tips of how to deal with the virus, given that the aforementioned cases of the virus have been published via the MOH Portal on 14th March, 2014 (corresponding to 13th Jumada AL-Oula, 1435H). Finally, the Ministry has underlined that it keeps on its surveillance procedures of this virus, seeking more information about how it is going on at all scientific levels inside the Kingdom and worldwide.
