This mission aligns seamlessly with the goals of the Health Sector Transformation Program under Saudi Vision 2030, reinforcing the Kingdom’s commitment to a vibrant, health-conscious society.
Live Well delivers trusted, evidence-based health content that resonates with everyday life. Its comprehensive scope spans healthy behaviors, nutrition, physical activity, sleep health, and mental well-being, while also addressing the health needs of children and older adults. Through this holistic approach, the initiative supports informed decision-making, corrects misconceptions, and strengthens community-wide health literacy, establishing itself as a leading reference for credible health knowledge and a catalyst for improving quality of life.
Over the years, Live Well has launched and contributed to a wide range of impactful awareness campaigns and initiatives, including Walk 30, Fast Well, Between Values and Calories, and Live Well Lunchbox. In addition, the initiative introduced Awareness Makers during the Global Health Exhibition 2025, reaffirming its commitment to empowering health content creators and amplifying the reach and impact of digital health awareness.
