The Ministry of Health is set to launch the “Live Well” Zone tomorrow as part of the 8th edition of the Global Health Exhibition, held at the Riyadh Exhibition and Convention Center in Mulham from October 27 to 30, under the theme “Invest in Health.”
The event brings together health leaders, investors, and innovators from over 130 countries, reflecting Saudi Arabia’s position as a global hub for health innovation and investment.
This year, the “Live Well” Zone returns with an innovative and immersive approach, transforming health awareness into a dynamic, real-life experience across a 3,000-square-meter space, the largest of its kind. It features six main areas dedicated to fitness, prevention, mental health and sleep, nutrition, and challenges, along with the “Walk 30” track, which encourages visitors to turn their steps into measurable achievements via the Sehhaty app.
Visitors will enjoy a range of new interactive experiences, such as “Pedal to Blend Your Juice,” live cooking stations, and the “Cook It Right in 10 Minutes” challenge, in addition to on-the-spot health checks and expert consultations presented in engaging ways.
The Challenges Zone adds an energetic atmosphere, allowing guests to compete for valuable prizes through fitness activities and awareness contests.
The King Abdulaziz Center for World Culture (Ithra), represented by its Digital Wellbeing – Sync initiative, will join this year as the stage partner for the Live Well Zone. The event will also witness a series of partnership agreements, including a two-year collaboration between the Live Well initiative and the National Health Insurance Center.
This partnership highlights the Center’s commitment to supporting community-based initiatives as part of its corporate social responsibility, aligned with its mission to create sustainable health impact and serve the community.
The Ministry of Health emphasized that the “Live Well” Zone represents a new leap in health awareness, turning messages into immersive, real-world experiences, and redefining the relationship between individuals and their well-being. It reflects the harmony between education and entertainment, in line with the Health Sector Transformation Program under Saudi Vision 2030, which aims to build a vibrant society that enjoys health and quality of life.
