Today, the Minister of Health, H.E. Fahad Abdulrahman AlJalajel, received the Minister of Culture of the Syrian Arab Republic, Mr. Mohammad Yassin Saleh, at the Ministry’s headquarters in Riyadh.
The meeting discussed avenues of joint cooperation that support integration between the fields of culture and health, in addition to exchanging expertise and experiences that contribute to promoting health awareness in Syria. The discussions reflected the combined efforts of both sectors to serve humanity and improve quality of life.
The Syrian Culture Minister toured the Command and Control Center and the Seha Virtual Hospital, the world’s largest facility of its kind, delivering remote healthcare services through advanced digital technologies and artificial intelligence.
The tour also highlighted the digital linkage between the Seha Virtual Hospital and the Syrian Ministry of Health, which has enabled easier access to specialized medical consultations and connected healthcare professionals in both countries, thereby enhancing the use of digital solutions to develop healthcare services.
The meeting concluded by underscoring the importance of continuing to strengthen frameworks of cooperation between the two sides, thereby reinforcing integration between the health and cultural sectors, improving the quality of services provided to beneficiaries, and supporting the achievement of sustainable development goals.
