Amid high temperatures at the holy sites, the Ministry of Health has advised Hajj pilgrims to avoid direct sunlight between 10:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., as part of its efforts to prevent heat-related illnesses such as heat exhaustion and sunstroke.
The Ministry stressed the importance of following preventive guidelines, including using umbrellas, staying well-hydrated, and adhering to crowd management protocols, to help ensure the health and safety of pilgrims throughout their Hajj journey.
