
The Minister of Health Fahad Al-Jalajel recently visited several new healthcare projects in Madinah, such as the Outpatient Clinics Building at King Fahd Hospital, and a number of other development projects. This comes as part of the continuous ministry efforts to improve the healthcare sector, the quality and efficiency of health services to residents, visitors, and pilgrims in the region, and to achieve the targets of the Healthcare Transformation Program and the Pilgrim Experience Program in line with the Saudi Vision 2030, which aims to create a healthy and dynamic society.
During the visit, Al Jalajel also visited a number of healthcare centers and Al Salam Endowment Hospital, and met with a group of citizens, listening to their needs and comments on health services, with the aim of developing the provision of these health services.
The Ministry of Health has reported that the value of the newly launched projects in the Madinah region exceeds SAR180 million, including the construction of the Outpatient Clinics Building at King Fahd Hospital, and the development of seven primary healthcare centers, Such as Al Aziziyah Primary Healthcare Center, Al Khalidiya Primary Healthcare Center, and others.
