Doctors at Eradah Mental Health Complex in the Northern Borders region provided ambulatory and therapeutic services to more than 6,000 beneficiaries during the first half of this year.
The Ministry of Health in the Northern Borders confirmed that the doctors of the Department of Mental Health in Arar Governorate provided emergency services to 1,322 beneficiaries, in addition to providing services in emergency departments to 4,777 beneficiaries, in addition to 556 services in inpatient departments, while it was also able to conduct 24,837 laboratory tests.
In the same context, the Health Affairs in the Northern Borders region announced the start of operating the stimulatory device for inpatients at Eradah Mental Health Complex in Arar, which works on an unconventional therapeutic method with magnetic brain stimulation and is a treatment method for persistent depression and resistance to antidepressant drugs.
