Today, the Ministry of Health called on the hasty pilgrims of Bayt Allah Al-Haram to use umbrellas, drink water and liquids in sufficient quantities, and not overexert themselves, in order to avoid heat stress and sunstroke.
The Ministry has allocated a call center 937 to respond to inquiries of the pilgrims in various languages, while hospitals and health centers between fixed and field sites continue their services around the clock, and provide treatment care in Makkah and Mina.
The Hajj season this year witnessed a high temperature rise, which led to an increase in the number of heat stress injuries. The Ministry of Health issued awareness messages before the start of the season, and issued warnings during the season on the days of al-Tarwiyah, standing at Arafah, the day of Eid, and the days of al-Tashreeq, in which it called Guests of Rahman to abide by the instructions; For their safety, and to complete their rituals without exposure to any health risks.
