As the pilgrims of Bayt Allah settle in Mina to spend the days of al-Tashreeq, hospitals and healthcare centers continue to provide treatment services to the pilgrims.
There are four hospitals in Mina: Emergency Hospital, Mina Al-Jisr, Mina Al-Wadi, and Mina Al-Share'e Al-Jadeed. With a clinical capacity of more than (560) beds, in addition to a number of healthcare centers, as well as 16 emergency centers on the Jamarat Bridge facility.
Ministry of Health has allocated the Health Call Center “937” during the Hajj season to serve the guests of Rahman by responding to health inquiries and consultations of pilgrims, and handling communications and complaints.
The Ministry indicated that the center provides a unique service, which is represented by searching for missing persons who are hospitalized in all health facilities in the holy sites, in addition to receiving calls from private pilgrims in the event that a medical service is needed; This is through the urgent communications service, in addition to providing free medical consultations through doctors accredited by the Ministry.
The center provides all these services in a number of languages: English - Urdu - French - Indonesian - Turkish - and Persian, and this is done through its multiple channels "phone contact - Twitter platform - e-mail - and WhatsApp", operated by a number of administrators work for 24 hours a day, along with specialists, and consultants, to provide services to callers on a daily basis.
