According to Al-Qassim Health Affairs, over the first half of this year (2022), Al-Qassim hospitals have performed 12,350,326 lab tests, with 1,706,153 tests at public hospitals and 644,173 at private hospitals.
It is noted that these lab tests featured various types of medical testing at the blood bank department, hematology department, hemoglobin electrophoresis department, cellular examination department, routine chemistry department, special chemistry department, hormones department, immunology department, serology department, histocompatibility department, microbiology department, and histology department, in addition to other lab tests.
