The Ministry of Health (MOH) has called on pilgrims to benefit from the therapeutic services provided at all health facilities in Makkah and the holy sites during the 1443-H Hajj season.
Through an awareness infographic published on MOH’s pages on social media platforms, the Ministry has pointed out the steps that should be taken by the pilgrim when he needs health care. In case of emergency medical care, the pilgrim should directly head to the emergency department of nearest hospital, by means of scanning, via smart phone, the barcode of the nearest healthcare facilities’ locations on (Pilgrim’s Health) page on MOH’s Portal. If the pilgrim wishes to receive non-emergency medical care, he should head to the nearest healthcare center in the holy sites.
“In emergency medical cases, pilgrims can call 911 or 937 to request a medical consultation, and benefit from «Sehhaty App.»,” says MOH.
