The Ministry of Health (MOH) has advised those wishing to perform Hajj to get meningitis vaccine, those who have not received the vaccine during the past 5 years. It should be received at least 10 days before coming to Hajj, it said, pointing out that getting the seasonal influenza vaccine also requires the same procedures and period before leaving for Hajj.
