According to Taif Health Affairs, over the first quarter of this year, the anti-smoking clinics of affiliated hospitals and healthcare centers have helped 180 people quit smoking.
It is noted that theses clinics of hospitals and healthcare centers, in addition to the mobile clinic, play an active role in introducing the dangers of smoking and ways of prevention and cessation. “195 tours have been conducted through health facilities to introduce the tobacco control system, raise awareness of its dangers, as well as following up sales outlets”, stated the Affairs.
