His Excellency the Minister of Health, Mr. Fahd bin Abdulrahman Al-Jalajel, has met today (Sunday) at his ministerial office, with the UK Ambassador to Saudi Arabia, Neil Crompton.
The meeting touched upon a number of topics related to health cooperation between the Kingdom and Britain, current situation of COVID-19 pandemic, and ways of cooperation between both sides in the field of exchanging expertise and information; the matter which will help as a proactive action to control health crises if they occur, May Allah forbid.
For his part, His Excellency the Ambassador has commended the Kingdom’s efforts during the pandemic, which contributed greatly to reducing its negative impacts. Also, he has been briefed on MOH’s experience in transformation programs and aspirations to improve the quality of services provided through these programs.
After that, the ambassador has toured «Seha» Virtual Hospital, and listened to a detailed presentation on the hospital services.
