MOH signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with the Saudi Society for Health Administration (SSHA) on Wednesday, within the framework of the former’s efforts to establish local, regional, and international partnerships, as well as exchange expertise and knowledge with specialists in all fields.
The agreement included establishing understanding and cooperation in the fields of leadership, quality, and performance management in health organizations, in addition to training and continuing education services, expertise sharing, and contributions to joint programs, in addition to other fields of cooperation.
The MoU is an extension of the efforts made by ‘Ada'a Health’ program to ensure collaborative and integrated action with all concerned agencies and bodies in the health system is achieved, as well as with scientific and professional associations, and the non-profit sector. This will pave the way for more opportunities of development and improvement in the health sector.
Noteworthy, ‘Ada'a Health’ program aims to achieve the Saudi Vision 2030 in the field of management and performance improvement. It aims to facilitate access to services, and improve the quality and efficiency of the services provided.
The meeting to sign the MoU was attended by Dr. Muhammed bin Khaled Al-Abdulaali, the Assistant Minister of Health, and Dr. Bandar bin Dakhil Al-Saeedi, the Chairman of the Board of Directors of SSHA.
