According to Madinah Health Affairs, over the past year, 3,952 treatment decisions have been issued for patients referred outside the region. “Medical committees of therapeutic authorities have issued 23,403 decisions, including treatment orders, travel orders for patients referred outside the region, as well as 349 medical reports,” stated the Affairs.
It is noted that the General Medical Authority follows up requests 24/7, via «Enayati» platform; to facilitate serving patients at their homes. These requests features several services, including an issuance of a new treatment decision, a renewal of a previous treatment decision, an inquiry about request status, in addition to travel orders services.
