Taif: Over 20,000 Services Provided by Patient Experience of King Abdulaziz Hospital Last Year

According to Taif Health Affairs, the Patient Experience Department at King Abdulaziz Specialist Hospital has provided 20,825 services last year.

The services provided varied between «It Is My Pleasure to Serve You» service and «Priority» card, which serves older persons, people with disabilities, and dialysis patients, with the issuance of 463 cards, as well as the «Gesture of Sympathy» initiative for ICU patients’ families. In addition, 7,305 inpatients were educated on their rights and responsibilities, outpatients were served through «I am with You» initiative, and sign language service was provided for 135 patients.
