According to Riyadh Health Affairs, during the first quarter of this year, Afif General Hospital has been enhanced with a number of specialized medical cadres, within the context of the different support programs.
The support included a locum tenant in the specialty of cardiology and medical laboratories, 3 resident doctors in internal medicine and emergency through the permanent medical support program. Also, the support included 9 consultants in different specialties for the visiting doctor program.
Such support comes as part of the plans to expand the health service in the governorate with the aim of reducing the rate of medical referrals and achieving the aspirations of the beneficiaries of health services by expanding many medical services such as surgeries and specialized clinics to serve the largest possible number of patients.
