The Ministry of Health (MOH) has stated that results showed that 99% of critically ill patients with COVID-19 at the intensive care units (ICU) in the kingdom over the period from December 28th, 2020 to June 7th, 2021 did not receive the vaccine.
According to MOH's latest statistics, 1,338 new confirmed cases of COVID-19 have been recorded in the Kingdom over the past 24 hours; thus bringing the total number to 490,464 confirmed cases, including 12,288 active cases and 1,374 critical cases.
In addition, 1,208 new recoveries have been recorded, bringing the total number to 470,328 recoveries. Also, 16 new deaths have been reported; bringing the total deaths to 7,848, May Allah bestow His mercy upon them.
